Σύμφωνα με ανακοίνωση της διοργανώτριας «MESONISOS» - Center of Island &
Mediterranean Culture & Members of the Scientific Community of Faculty of
Geology and Geo-Environment,
The purpose of the symposium is to highlight and
interpret the geological phenomena of the island, while also explaining their
influence in its cultural evolution.
The Symposium will take place in the Conference Center
of Luka & Evangelo Bellonia Foundation, which is located in Fira, the
island's capital in Santorini.
Κύριο θέμα του
συμποσίου θα είναι να υπογραμμίσει και να ερμηνεύσει τα ιδιαίτερα γεωλογικά
χαρακτηριστικά του νησιού, καθώς και την επιρροή τους στην κουλτούρα του τόπου.
